La portée de la raison formelle et universelle
Qu’est ce que la justice a à voir avec la nature? Aujourd’hui, elles représentent un savoir normatif et descriptif contradictoire, bien qu’elles ne furent pas clairement séparées à l’origine. A cause des questions débattues dans «la société à risques» d’un contact «raisonnable» avec la nature externe (économie et écologie), la deuxième nature (culture) et la nature intérieure (psychique), les pôles requièrent toutefois un lien même s’ils restent analysés de manière contradictoire. L’objet du livre est le lien implicite et toujours prévu entre la justice et la nature dans les discours philosophiques, sociologiques et sociaux et la manière dont ils remettent en question la bonne vie.

What has justice got to do with nature? Today they embody the opposition between normative and descriptive knowledge, although in the beginning they have not been clearly distinguished. The risk society asks the question of reasonable handling of outward nature (economy and ecology), second nature (culture) and inward nature (psyche). Therefore it is necessary to build a bridge for these polarizations, even though they remain oppositions from an analytical point of view. The focus of the book is the link between justice and nature, especially in questions about how to lead a good life, as it is perpetually established in philosophical, social and living space analytical discourses.
